This is situated in a residential country area with a beautiful view of rolling hills. Owner works hybrid but mostly home, travels from time to time, but keeps separate. Depends on your situation. Current tenants have good communication and for example leave their dogs because I am home all day so they have company and space to run around all day, they got chickens also and they share eggs and I share veges spa etc.
