93 Baker Road and Berwick Road, Clarendon, Clutha

Lakeside Farm offers a once-in-a-generation opportunity to acquire approximately 220 ha of productive and genuinely aesthetic farmland on the lower Taieri Plain.

Currently run as part of a larger farming operation, the property offers an excellent balance for dairy grazing, sheep, beef, cut and carry, or as a substantial first farm.

The farm comprises approximately 122 ha at 93 Baker Road, together with the adjoining 98 ha Berwick Road titles. The properties feature strong infrastructure, productive flats, rolling contour and elevated hill country capturing 180-degree lake views and a predominantly northerly aspect.

Approximately 25 ha of adjoining flats currently farmed with the property sit outside the legal boundary and further complement the farming operation.

Water is supplied through the North Bruce scheme.

Beyond its productive farming capability, Lakeside Farm also offers future lifestyle subdivision potential. Several elevated sites across the property present outstanding options for a future homestead or further subdivision overlooking the surrounding countryside and lake.

If desired, there is the option to purchase a neighbouring lifestyle property at 178 Baker Road alongside the farm.

Whether you are looking for a productive grazing platform, your first farm, a strategic addition to an existing operation or a substantial lifestyle holding, Lakeside Farm is an opportunity well worth considering.
