Design Build Opportunity

The front southern office building is under contract to an owner occupier, leaving the southern warehouse with small internal office available for lease (or sale). Or to the north, the option of a 300sqm office only across two levels or add the rear warehouse. Alternatively, the rare warehouse can be leased or purchased on its own, with a small internal office and secure yard/parking. An extra wide right of way splits the site, and leaves enough space for both warehouse operations, while both warehouses feature their own car parking or secure yard are, allowing warehouse drive through flexibility.

The developer is getting on with building these, so the chance for minor changes is now. (available for sale or lease).

Super convenient location with direct access north and south, and along Airport Road to join SH1. A fuel stop at the end of the road, as well as the convenience of a coffee and a Fairleigh Bakery pie apparently.
