The sleepout is a reasonable size and is ideal for a single person. It can easily fit a queen size bed and other furniture. It has a small kitchen which has plenty of cupboard space, a microwave, a hotplate and a small fridge. The bathroom has a shower and a mirror in it. There is a washing machine in the kitchen or there is also a laundromat at the end of the street.
Alternatively it is possible to move into it ready furnished with a king single bed, wooden bookcase etc
It is in a good location, close to Botany Downs, Sylvia Park, Pakuranga Plaza and the SE Motorway. There is plenty of street parking and it is close to good public transport.
The sleepout would suit a 30+, professional, independent, non-smoker who is quiet and house proud. $330per week plus $40 expenses. Includes internet.
