The old Kokonga School building, which has recently been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard, is now a one-bedroom one-bathroom “Owners residence”. The ‘classroom’, which continues Kokonga’s open-plan theme comes with a log burner for winter and great indoor-outdoor flow and decking for the warmer seasons. The mountain views from the large arched window in the modern kitchen are breathtaking.
The final piece of this entertainers dream puzzle is the ‘Woolshed Bar and Brewery’ - which could easily be the backdrop for an upcoming Speight’s ad - as well as a great place to park up for the night after a long day on the trail.
