Affordable lifestyle subdivision – Pokeno

• Concept Plan for 23 generous lifestyle lots
• 15.6ha of north-facing land with lots of character
• Easy access to all main arterial roads
• Pokeno - such a great place to live, play and work

This concept plan for 23 lifestyle lots represents a rare and unique opportunity for developers, home builders and land bankers who wish to take a commanding position in one of the fastest-growing areas of Northern Waikato/Pokeno. The property has already had some preliminary assessments for obtaining resource consent, including site surveys, services assessments, and environmental
considerations.

Pokeno is located in the 'Golden Triangle' and has easy access to all main cities, Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga. Pokeno has been driven by a very strong local economy, above average population growth underpinned by two state-of-the-art dairy factories, a number of large companies taking positions in one of the fastest growing areas of Northern Waikato. All the experts agree finding large plots of land in high growth areas is getting harder and harder to find.
