258 Paratu West Road, Richmond Downs, Matamata-Piako

Kilos is king but so is control of your costs and this North Facing 385ha property at Richmond Downs offers you both with the ability to milk 630 cows plus carry all of your replacement stock, plus more.
A superb range of improvements await your inspection from the well specced 44 bale rotary shed, the superb farm effluent system as well as the farm dwellings.
Well raced and watered only your personal inspection will do the property true credit. The extensive plantings (including the great oak trees planted by our vendor many decades ago) demonstrate the high level of stewardship that our retiring owners have invested into this iconic property.
Production in last summers dry was just shy of 230,000kg MS as well as carrying approx 280 head of replacement stock plus another 150 lead of beefies, bulls and carry-over cows.
I highly recommend your inspection at your earliest convenience; this property has been in the sellers family for some 75 years and I dare say that statistic will be repeated again!!
I look forwards to meeting with you soon,
