This house has weathered time fairly well, it's in good condition inside. The outside cladding is due for painting. 

The good sized living area has an aircon. The kitchen has a dishwasher.  

There are four bedrooms, two are decent sized doubles, other 2 are smaller and can still take a queen sized bed.  

The bathroom has shower and character vanity. No bath. Toilet is separate. 

One washing machine, a fridge, microwave and dining table are provided. If anyone breaks down, it will be repaired or replaced. If you don't need anyone, it will be removed.

There is a double lock-up garage.
