Individual Storage Units - Invest or Own & Occupy

Now available for sale are individual modern storage units located in the Bromley industrial area.

2 units remain with some vacant and some are tenanted on a monthly basis but appear to be leased on conservative rentals.

Therefore, this provides an excellent opportunity to either; own and occupy a vacant unit; buy as a small investment and increase rentals over time; or alternatively give the Tenant notice to vacate and occupy one or more yourself.

Ideal to store your stock, materials, equipment or your favourite toys and create your ultimate mancave. This modern complex is security fenced with swipe card access and contains a total of 28 units with good history of occupancy.

Built circa 2005 these units have a seismic rating of >80% NBS and a gross floor area of approx. 27m2 (6m* x 4.5m*) each (with some slight variations). All are on individual unit titles.

Handy to the Ring Road providing easy access to and around the City.
