Approximately 3.25 hectares (more or less) is planted in Hayward kiwifruit, supported by nine well-fenced paddocks for grazing or further orchard development. Additionally, 3-4 hectares (more or less) have already been contoured with partial shelter belts in place — creating a rare opportunity to more than double the orchard footprint at relatively low cost, with plenty of room to extend the existing kiwifruit operation. The land is sheltered, north-facing, and supported by a reliable bore water supply, making it efficient. The property's flat contour and layout provides a solid foundation for ongoing orchard production or lifestyle enjoyment.
Infrastructure includes a packing shed, a four-bay implement shed, and an old cowshed converted into accommodation with a kitchen, lounge, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms (unconsented) — a practical setup for on-site living, storage, or staff quarters. Theres also a river on the boundary.
Located in beautiful Hikuai, it's under 15 minutes to Pauanui Beach and just over 35 minutes to Thames township — central to all the essentials while offering the relaxed pace of Coromandel living.
