Single bed room $225 - Double bed room $275, couples $350 (double room only - only one in each house). Availability of room sizes will vary depending on vacancies. Four weeks bond. Bond is held at Tenancy Services Bond centre.
The rent includes the room, power, water, rubbish, basic internet , and lockable kitchen cupboard. Tenants are required to do their share of cleaning in the communal area and bathrooms. Communal area is fully furnished with TV, couches, dining table, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
