As we continue down Old Matapiko Road you will drive straight onto the prepared house site with an elevation of 90 meters above sea level (approx).

This house site has been cut out of a ridge, is landscaped and runs into bush of Manuka and Kanuka. There is a rough bush track down into the valley where there are mature natives and a stream running through.

This site has vast ocean views, including the Limericks, the Poor Knights, and the coastal islands in the foreground. It also has beach views and bush.
