As you go into what we call the "hairpin" onto Old Matapiko Road, a two-user road. You will then drive through mature bush for 400-500 meters where you will come to a prepared house site.

This site is an elongated house and shed site, 110 meters above sea level (approx). The site is fully landscaped with planted and grassed areas. The grassed area includes a spare area if it is required for sheds or another entrance. There are surrounding mature bush views to the north-west face.

There are vast ocean views, including up to the Limericks, Poor Knights and the coastal islands in the foreground. There are also beach views. There is a creek running through the valley at the bottom.
