As you drive past the landscaping which includes native plantings, you will be right onto the large prepared house site which is 200 meters above sea level (approx).

To the west is a mown area and above that is prepared landscaping with native plantings. To the north there is a mature bush that drops down the hill, and to the north and north-east you will see landscaped areas which includes mown lawns and native plantings.

The generous ocean views look straight out to the Poor Knights, up to the Limericks and a view of the small coastal islands and notable rocks and reefs. There is also a good view down to the beach, as well as plenty of rural landscape views and native bush views.
