58 Moroa Road, Tauherenikau, South Wairarapa

A rare chance to secure land, buildings and a thriving tourism and honey business in the heart of South Wairarapa.

Greytown Honey stands as one of the region’s most recognised artisanal brands, supported by Qualmark standards, established retail and wholesale channels and steady year-round visitation. The current owners have created a multi-tenanted operation that includes a successful flower farm, an established honey enterprise and high-demand tourism experiences such as beekeeping tours, tastings and hands-on workshops. The brand carries weight, the customer base is loyal and the potential to scale is significant.

The property offers real versatility. A modest yet comfortable 155sqm three bedroom home sits alongside a well-designed factory, a cottage and additional sheds that support the wider operation. The land is approximately 23970m2 and the balance provides excellent grazing for sheep, cows or horses. It also offers opportunity for further expansion of the flower farm.

The location just off SH2 ensures strong passing traffic and consistent visibility for the business.
This is an ideal opportunity for a family seeking a lifestyle where home and business work together, or for an existing operator wanting to expand into tourism, honey production or both. The vendor is ready to hand the reins to the next owner who will continue the story and drive the business through its next phase of growth.

Opportunities of this calibre are rare. Greytown Honey offers a strong foundation, a proven revenue stream and the freedom for the next owner to add their own direction.

Viewings strictly by appointment only.
