Big sea and island views
You can even watch the waves break on the beach
Owned by Lang Family since 1857, a very special spot.
Most of the perimeter is native bush, with centre area all pasture.
There is a track (rough driveway) formed many years ago for tractor and stock access. When you walk up this track, you gain enough elevation in paddock at top to also see over to Whangarei Heads and beyond.
No covenants (but obviously council rules still apply).
Langs Beach is very popular today, although there is limited parking for day-trippers.
Long white sandy beach, where sometimes the surf attracts plenty of surfers. At other times there is barely a ripple on the water.
There is a virtual wonderland of rock pools to explore at each end of this special beach, or indulge in a swim and appreciate the beauty of this special part of Northland's east coast.
This is an opportunity to own your own private 'getaway-from-it-all'. A 90-minute drive (from Auckland) will have you in your haven overlooking one of Northland's most picturesque white sandy beaches, with mesmerising Pohutukawa's.
If you think this land may suit you and your friends or family, don’t delay. Once sold it may well be with next owner for several generations too.
** Forthcoming Tender (unless sold prior). Date for tender will be confirmed after lawyers return from their summer break.
