Three bedroom home on upper level. Large kitchen. Awesome mountain views. Lots of north facing windows make the house nice and toasty on sunny days. Two heat pumps in main living area. Electric heater in each bedroom.   Our power company provides three free hours of power from 9pm to midnight which helps reduce your power bill. 

Mt. Iron walking tracks are right out our back gate. And our home is about 2km from downtown Wanaka.  

We are looking for responsible, mature, quiet tenants to rent our home for five months - 1 st May  to  30th September, 2026.

Our home has a flat in the lower level that is rented long-term to a quiet, considerate couple. So it is important that we choose mature, considerate renters for the upper level for the five winter months. No smokers, no illicit drug use, no heavy drinking, and absolutely no pets.   We will need to meet you as soon as possible before we enter into a rental agreement.  

Our experience with young children in our home is less than optimal, so we will pass on couples with children under ten years of age. 

Additionally, renters pay 75% of the monthly power bill while our tenants in the lower level flat pay 25%. No additional charge for broadband.
