Direct access to Mt Iron walking tracks from the back gate. Located less than 3 km from central Wanaka, with no traffic noise and a peaceful residential feel.

The lower level contains a self-contained flat, rented long-term to a quiet, considerate couple. We are therefore seeking mature, responsible, and quiet tenants for the upper level.
