In 94', Jana, a thoughtful creator guided by deep wisdom and spirit, had a dream, and that dream became a reality. Crafted from her very own hands.

She named it Menevia, a name drawn from ancient roots connected to the moon and its cycles. Jana believed in living by rhythm rather than routine, in honouring light, rest, and renewal. Every detail carries her intention. Warm macrocarpa ceilings follow the light, while a bespoke, hand carved kitchen crafted in Kauri stands as both artwork and the beating heart of the home. The bathroom is a place of pause, with a deep soaking bath beneath a picture window where nights are spent watching stars and moon phases drift overhead. The home offers two and a half bedrooms, plus a sleepout often used for guests.

Outside, low maintenance gardens surround an enclosed Mediterranean inspired courtyard with Balinese doors, private, sun filled, and serene. Elevated, north facing, and flooded with sunlight all day.
