Roa is close to Blackball (approximately 3 km) and even closer to the road leading to the Paparoa Track / Paparoa Great Walk.
This is not a modern home, but a warm and welcoming place where you can truly unwind — open plan living with a fire on wetback and fully insulated. Combined bathroom which also has the laundry neatly tucked behind the door. There is two double bedrooms and the front room is currently used as a third bedroom. This property will be sold semi furnished and currently run as a BnB.
There is a small driveway suitable for one car, or you can convert what once was the garage back to being a single garage.
Blackball has a small general store, which also serves excellent fish and chips from Friday to Sunday evenings. There are several good places to eat in Blackball, including the Blackball Inn (formerly the Hilton Hotel), takeaway options from the Blackball Store (Friday to Sunday until 7pm), and the Blackball Salami Factory, known for its delicious salami and sausages. Greymouth approximately 30 minutes away.
