Seriously easy to live in - this is the kind of home that just feels good from the moment you walk through the door.
It's light, bright and welcoming, with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area creating a great space for everyday life, with room to relax, entertain or enjoy time together. Double doors open onto to a private deck and courtyard, giving you that easy indoor-outdoor connection and a great spot for morning coffee, summer dinners or simply putting your feet up.
There are three bedrooms all with built in robes, and a modern bathroom with separate toilet. The home is double glazed and has a heat pump to keep things warm and cosy when needed.
The big bonus that is not always easy to find in Petone is drive-on access to garaging with an extra room to the side, ideal for bikes, toys, a home gym, or maybe even a creative space or work-from-home setup.
And when it comes to location, this is where Petone really delivers.
Start the day with a walk along the beach with coffee in hand, wander down to vibrant Jackson Street for dinner, drinks, shopping or a quick catch-up with friends, then come home and enjoy your own little piece of easy living.
With the train and city buses an easy walk, a bus stop right in the street, and easy access to both Wellington and Lower Hutt CBDs, getting where you need to go is easy.
