We offer semi-furnished double rooms. Currently, Sky is available in the lounge. Power is included in the rent, and an option to have Sky in your room for an additional $10 per week for you to enjoy this stress-free living!

The shared kitchen is equipped with gas and electric cooking. Also an oven, a range hood, and three fridges. The kitchen has great views of the harbour.

There is a separate large lounge with Sky TV, includes the dining area, and two fridges. There are four bathrooms on two levels with a shower, vanity, and toilet.

One bathroom includes the laundry, which has four washing machines and two coin-operated dryers at $2.00.

This is in a great location being above Maungaraki shops, a gym for you to join, on a bus route, minutes to Petone or Central Hutt plus the motorway straight into Wellington, is situated in a little alley for access to the front door which is at the back of the Maungaraki shops and by the Kindy.
