Boarding House Accommodation (this is for one person to occupy one room in the house). Common area is shared with other occupants. The rooms are available for long term accommodation. Your own bed is required, room is unfurnished.

Deposit of one week rent and four weeks bond. Bond is held at Tenancy Services Bond centre.

The rent includes the room, power, water, rubbish, basic internet, and use of the items in the common area, Common area is fully furnished with TV, couches, dining table, fridge, microwave and washing machine. Tenants must do their share of cleaning in the communal area and bathrooms.
