I had a bit of a glow-up back in 1996 - new external wall linings, fresh flooring, updated wiring, a newer roof, the works. I’ve lived a good life since then, but I won’t lie, I’m ready for another round. A fresh coat of paint, new curtains, soft carpet underfoot, and maybe a lovely new bathroom and kitchen would suit me just fine. The layout allows for either two bedrooms and a lounge, or one bedroom with a lounge and dining area.
Out back, I’m sitting on a 506m² section with plenty of potential. I’d love to see fruit and veggie trees take root, cottage flowers spilling about, maybe even a wee shed or two if you’re feeling ambitious.
So… what do you think? Fancy an adventure, or would you rather pop the kettle on and debate whether I’d look better in pink or blue? Truly, I’m happy either way.
There’s loads of parking tucked away at the back, and I’m in a handy spot close to the hospital, gardens, and the beach. You can rescue me and help me shine again - or, if you’d rather, use the section and start fresh. Either way, I’m ready for my next chapter.
