18 Hindle Road, Wellsford, Rodney

Located only a stone’s throw from Wellsford township, is this well-established 141.27 hectare (more or less) dairy farm held in two titles. The flat to gently undulating contour is well subdivided into 60 paddocks, connected by a central limestone race system, and benefits from multiple road access points, allowing for efficient stock movement, ease of management, or potential future development. Improvements include a 23-aside herringbone dairy shed, multiple implement sheds, and a newly renovated three-bedroom home offering comfortable on-farm living.

The farm has achieved a production high of 82,309 kgMS (from 230 cows) supplied to Fonterra, with all young stock reared on whole vat milk and all stock grazed on the property year-round.

After thirty-seven years of ownership, the vendor has made the decision to downsize, presenting an outstanding opportunity for owner-operators or investors to secure a well-located dairy unit with genuine lifestyle appeal. Close to schools, shops, popular east coast beaches, and internationally recognised golf courses, and within easy commuting distance of Auckland’s CBD, this proven operation is ready for its next chapter.
