Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in The Wood, a stone’s throw from The Centre of New Zealand and the Botanic Reserve and a 10 minute walk to town, the cottage is furnished to a high standard to provide comfortable living.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave and Nespresso machine.

There are three bedrooms featuring a superking, a queen and a double bed.

The sunny open plan living/dining area seats 6, and there is the added benefit of a work desk, light and office chair. Free fibre wifi is connected.

The cottage is heated by a woodburner and heat pump (plus heat transfer kit and DVS system). There are also oil column heaters in the bedrooms.

The shower room has a wall hung vanity, shower enclosure, toilet, heated towel rail, mirror cabinet, heat lamps and ventilation. There is an additional toilet situated in the laundry which has a washing machine and laundry tub.

There is a small single garage, off street parking for one car, and unrestricted parking on the street.

To the rear is a large fenced, private sun-filled garden, with lemon tree, lawn and patio area, outside table and chairs and barbeque.
