Apologies for the terrible photos. The last tenants did a lot of damage to the property so its currently getting repaired, hence I can't show any inside photos as yet, but will update when I can. New carpet also needs to be laid throughout the house.
The house is standalone. At the moment it has one carpark which is covered, but if someone wants two carparks then my plan is to remove the carport which would allow for 2 carparks to be created on the property. Will depend who moves in.
It has a lovely north facing deck, part of it is covered.
It has a large bedroom and then an additional room which is too small to be classified as a bedroom but would make a great nursery, office, hobby room, storage or could fit some single bunks for visitors to stay over. It has a window.
The lounge and kitchen is open plan set up with a breakfast bar.
Pets will be considered with a pet bond.
The mountain bike and walking trails in Redwood forest are easily accessible nearby.
I do meth test between tenancies so if you are into such illegal activities please do not apply.
