To me this looks like paradise. Here's total privacy in an incredible sheltered bay, just 30 minutes by boat from Picton. As you enter the bay you are greeted by an absolutely beautiful, secluded beach that can only make you smile. Tie up your boat to your own deep-water jetty or secure it to your mooring that is consented for vessel up to 12m in length.

There are north facing views to die for and magnificent bird song. It all sounds too good to be true but what I have stated is true……………………but there is a caveat. A storm around 2 years ago sent several of the mature resident pine trees stumbling down and unfortunately several went through the beautiful cottage - which suffered severe damage, as did part of the existing retaining walls. Other trees remain on the ground.

A Resource Consent was granted in 2025 to remove the old pines (approximately 0.9 ha). The work to date has not been actioned.

My owners are devasted and have made a tough decision to move on and sell the property on an 'as is where is basis'. So, who wants a project?
