Grafton site with two road frontages

• 2,004sqm (more or less) freehold site with dual street frontages
• Favourable Business – Mixed Use and Grammar School zoning
• Flat rectangular site with nearby water connections and free of flood plains
• Short walk to Mt Eden CRL station, hospital and universities
• Ability to generate holding income from carparking (subject to consents)

A rare opportunity to secure a substantial freehold development site in one of Auckland’s most strategic CBD-fringe growth corridors.

Comprising a flat, regular-shaped 2,004sqm (more or less) site with 30 metres of high-profile frontage plus a second street frontage to the rear for easy vehicle access. Ideally, can be used as car parking (subject to consents) to generate holding income while future plans are advanced.

Within walking distance of the CBD, Newmarket, the University and Hospital precincts, the property is set to further benefit from the opening of the Mt Eden CRL station, a transformational infrastructure project expected to accelerate growth in the area.

Demand is underpinned by strong education and medical drivers, while zoning for Auckland Grammar School and Auckland Girls’ Grammar enhances future residential pre-sale potential. The vibrant Uptown precinct along Symonds Street and Newmarket’s Broadway retail strip provide excellent amenity for future occupants.

An outstanding opportunity for developers seeking scale, profile and connectivity in a proven growth location. Enquire now.
