Own a stylish, high‑profile dessert business located in one of the CBD’s most iconic laneways, an area known for its constant foot traffic, strong office crowd, and vibrant city energy. Step into a well‑established brand with a proven track record and a loyal following.
With exceptionally low weekly rent of just $628 + GST, the cost structure is ideal for an owner‑operator or a small team looking to maximise profit. The trading schedule is perfectly aligned with city professionals and afternoon–evening foot traffic, opening from 1pm daily, giving you a lifestyle‑friendly start time without compromising revenue potential.

Inside, the store features a modern, stylish fit‑out that requires no immediate upgrades. The layout and workflow are designed for simplicity and efficiency, allowing smooth operation with just 1–2 staff. No heavy lifting, no complex cooking, and no specialised skills required, just a clean, streamlined setup that’s easy to learn and easy to manage.
Whether you’re an experienced operator or a first‑time buyer, this business offers a fantastic combination of low overheads, strong branding, and a prime CBD location.
