This home has a fabulous layout and a great design. The kitchen, dining and lounge room is open plan and lovely and light. And with doors opening out to a lovely north facing court yard.

I especially like the kitchen, which has quality appliances, soft closing drawers, and a lot of bench space with a breakfast bar. At one end of the lounge room is an area suitable for a computer nook.

Throughout is double glazing, in fact triple glazing in two of the bedrooms. The main bedroom has a lovely en-suite and large wardrobe. Plus doors that open outside.

The main bathroom, like the en-suite, is tiled and they both have a rain shower head plus an adjustable shower rose. A nice deep bath in the main bathroom.
