We are looking for great, long term tenants for our cottage in Western Heights, Rotorua. Situated at 42 Bell Road, this is the front house on a shared driveway. Close to schools and amenities.

Small but mighty, the property has two bedrooms by the main bathroom and a separate master bedroom with en suite. The living room and kitchen are open plan. The property is Healthy Homes compliant and heated with a permitted fireplace and a heat transfer system to keep everyone warm. There is a carport offering offstreet parking for 1 car or two if you don't mind shuffling.

We are pleased to offer a pet friendly rental, however the property will only accomodate cats or a small indoor dog (or other small pets) as the section is not fenced.

Our ideal tenants will be friendly, considerate of the neighbours, and will treat the house as their home. Preferably non smokers.

The house can be viewed from the road side, but please do not enter the property. We are currently doing some maintenance and will organise
