52 Aratika Drive, Arnold Valley, Grey

Set well back from quiet Aratika Drive, this 21.7 hectare property is rich in history and natural beauty. Once the site of a working sawmill, the land played a key role in the early milling days around Lake Brunner. Timber was transported across the lake, and any logs lost to the water were later retrieved and milled right here on the property.
The land offers an appealing mix of landscapes, including approximately 1 hectare of quality pasture at the front and another hectare of cleared land surrounding the main shed. The remaining 20 hectares are native bush, providing tranquillity, privacy, and a true connection to nature. The main building complete with a spacious covered porch and veranda includes heating and storage. A great place to take to the next level with the additional of living provisions.
The new solar power system completes this property, providing a fully off grid energy solution. A new, fully lined, insulated and lockable shed contains the solar power control system and battery, plus pump and water filtration equipment. The solar power control system and batteries were installed early 2025.
Abundant birdlife thrives here, supported by the vendors’ ongoing pest control efforts over the last 12 years, making this property a haven for nature enthusiasts.
Beautifully private and set in a serene environment, this unique property is highly desirable.
