The Majestic is an iconic building on Wellington’s skyline. It contains a six-level basement, four-level podium, and an office tower which rises above the podium from level 5 to level 28.
The basement has vehicular access from Boulcott Street and accommodates 243 car parks, bike racks and goods dock facilities. This area is serviced by two lifts providing access to the main lobby and one additional lift providing access directly to Willis St and the north podium. The basement also contains end-of-trip facilities including showers, secure bike storage and lockers.
Additional world-class end-of-trip facilities have just been developed at the podium levels, along with a recently upgraded and modern lift lobby/café area.
Level 7 is available on sublease or longer directly with the landlord. It is a standalone floor that can accommodate circa 90 staff comfortably. The floor contains a large café/kitchen, 9 meeting rooms of various sizes breakout areas and two large open plan zones. A bonus are the internal showers.
