Dear Future Owner,

It’s me… the house.

I thought it was time we had a little chat.

For the past 30 years I’ve been loved, lived in and laughed in, I’ve hosted family dinners, muddy boots, and more memories than I can count.

But now… I’m feeling a little tired. i’ve been neglected in the “maintenance” department and I’m in need of some loving.

My interior has seen better years, my carpets have some stories to tell, and my exterior needs work. Let’s just say I’m not winning any beauty contests right now!

But here’s the thing.

Underneath it all, I have a lot of offer.

My semi-rural 1,047m2 section is generous, my location is hard to beat (close enough to town for coffee runs and last-minute milk missions), and with the right person… well, I could be something special.

After 3 decades of ownership my current owner has moved on and I'm seeking someone new. I’m not looking for someone perfect, just someone with vision who sees potential where others see too much work. Someone who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves and giving an old girl like me a second chance.

So if you’re the type who loves a project, dreams of transformation, loves a Pinterest board and gets excited about “before and after” photos… Maybe we should meet.
