Located close to Tomatea Point, north of Pakawau main beach, and sitting in the dunes behind the council reserve, this classic Kiwi bach enjoys views across Golden Bay, and the shelter of established gardens. Offered fully furnished, literally a turn key package, this much loved holiday home has been in the same family for decades, more recently a popular holiday rental, it could be yours to fill with love, laughter and lasting memories. Be quick!
Pakawau is known for its laid back, friendly vibe. You can join the locals at the School House Café for fish 'n chips, and stop by the campground store for essentials - and most of all enjoy the simple pleasure of sandy feet and sea air.
The bach has been renovated and extended and retains its charm with native timber floors and a welcoming open fire for cooler evenings. The sun deck is a lovely place to relax, whether soaking up the sun or taking in the sea views. Sunrise and moonrise are pretty spectacular from the living areas and both of the two bedrooms. Further accommodation is provided in the cosy sleepout. There is a storage shed and plenty of storage for kayaks etc.
A track through the reserve provides easy access to the beach for walks, swimming or a paddle, making the most of this special setting.
