A quality opportunity to acquire a well established civil construction company with long standing relationships across the Central Plateau / Waikato region, including council.

This business delivers a mix of roading, pavements, drainage, civil structures and reinstatement works for local authorities, major national civil contractors and a diversified local client base with clear growth opportunities.

Revenue has averaged north of $2.5M for the past three years, and gross margins north of 65%. Forward workload remains solid, with an indicative figure of around $500k of work on a rolling basis, supported by a further pipeline based around preferred contractor arrangements and repeat customers.

Key features include:

• Lean, flexible operating model with an experienced crew

The vendor is open to a negotiated transition period to support handover of key relationships and operational knowledge.

Investment required $1,600,000 (plus stock, plus GST if any).
