Located in the coastal South Otago region, Toko Mouth Forest is a 290 ha (+/- STS), predominantly young Pinus Radiata Forest with 170.9 ha planted winter 2025. The balance of age classes are mixed in smaller lots, with some areas reaching maturity with a total NSA of 230.30 ha.

Road access via Toko Mouth Road gives ease for management and harvest in close proximity to multiple domestic mills as well as the export market. The substantial existing of production forests estates in the area is testament to the very compelling attributes for forestry.

Toko Mouth Forest is fully established and ETS registered.

This asset represents a simple, uncomplicated option to expand an existing estate, or foothold in a proven location.
