Te Whare Iti (the small house) is a private, one bedroom stand-alone container home. It is completely self-contained with its own entrance and off street parking.

Weekly rental includes, wifi (high-speed fibre), gas, electricity and water.

This has been operating as an AirBnB so is fully furnished with Queen bed, double couch, Washing machine, Fridge/freezer, Google smart TV, small table, basic kitchen utensils, cutlery and outdoor furniture.

Double glazed, wood floor in kitchen living area, with carpet in the bedroom. Gas cooktop/electric oven and gas hot water, plus heat pump.

Lockable storage at rear of container and in separate small shed.

A covered veranda with good views to the hills, plus a small deck and private courtyard. Great sun morning and afternoon. Small vege patch.

It would suit a professional single person or quiet couple.

The initial term is for three months but may be extended.
