417 Heatley Road, Whakapirau, Kaipara

Pick fruit from your own trees, spend an afternoon pottering in the shed or wander down to the harbour with a fishing rod. This established lifestyle property offers space to enjoy the simple things—and with the vendors ready to move on, it’s time for someone new to make it their own.

Across 2.69 hectares (more or less), you’ll find a practical mix of home, gardens and grazing. The three-bedroom Lockwood home features high ceilings, polished concrete floors and a straightforward, functional kitchen. The master bedroom has its own walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.

Outside, mature fruit and citrus trees, grapevines and a productive vegetable patch bring the satisfaction of growing and sharing your own produce. There’s room for tools, projects and hobbies in the large three-bay shed with craft room, while the hand-built Campuni cabin provides a quiet spot to enjoy the water views.

Grazing paddocks and a pond complete the rural setting, with a private walkway leading directly to the Kaipara Harbour. Whether it’s kayaking, fishing or simply taking a breather at the water’s edge, the harbour is part of everyday life here.

There’s plenty to work with and plenty to enjoy, with space to add your own touches along the way. The vendors are motivated and ready for their next chapter. Come and see whether this could be yours, viewing is encouraged, and offers are welcomed.
