People say I'm a bit of a square… and look, from the street, I can see why. Strong lines, tidy edges, very "put together." But step inside and oh - I've got stories, style, and a few surprises up my (non-existent) sleeves.

I was built in an era that knew how to do things properly. A little flair, a lot of substance, and just enough detail to turn heads without trying too hard. I've seen families grow, laughter echo through my rooms, and quiet mornings where the sun spills in and if these walls could talk…they'd tell you I enjoy the good life.

Over the years, I've had a few thoughtful upgrades: additional heat pumps, double glazing, a new roof over my head, all the things that keep you warm, dry, and feeling fabulous.

Lifestyle living by the sea, you ask? Absolutely. Early morning walks, fresh air, a little coastal breeze…Because let's be honest - I'm not built for yoga, but I am made for watching the sunrise over the bay from my top windows, a convenient central lifestyle with and hosting private gatherings in the fully fenced back yard.

These days, I'm sporting a fresh paint coat of pale blue. My neighbour said I'm leaning into my 'Coastal Era", very "I holiday near the sea." Being so close to Caroline Bay, it just feels right and I do like to dress for the occasion.
I've kept up with the trends without losing my soul. Classic Art Deco figure on the outside… but inside? Warm, modern and welcoming.

My dream is to enjoyed by a creative soul, who needs a hobby room and a huge walk-in wardrobe, and enjoys beach walks or maybe a family needing a working from home set up or wanting flatmates.
