Joes Garage Palmy is one of the standout performers in the Joes Garage network – a busy, well-established café with loyal regulars, an experienced team and systems and cost controls that would be the envy of many hospitality businesses. It has also just been judged locally as having the best coffee in the city.
For a couple looking to back themselves, the numbers make compelling reading. Net returns to the working owners exceeded $220,000 last financial year, with year-to-date performance currently up a further 17%. You’re not buying a turnaround project or hoping customers will come – you’re stepping into a proven operation that is already performing.
And there’s still upside. Extend the trading hours, grow functions and catering, or simply continue building on what is already a very successful formula. With franchise support, excellent systems, a capable team and years of proven trading behind it, this is an opportunity to leave the day jobs behind and take control of your own future.
A great café. Great numbers. Great coffee. Maybe it’s time to make it yours.
