Freehold Going Concern with Proven Cashflow

An outstanding opportunity to secure an established self-storage business together with the underlying freehold land in one tightly held South Wairarapa location.

This freehold going concern offers an appealing combination of tangible landholding, established infrastructure, immediate cashflow and simple day-to-day management.

Positioned on a 3,348sqm (more or less) industrial-zoned site, the business is already operating from over 80 storage containers, creating a proven and easy-to-understand income stream.

What makes this opportunity particularly compelling is its simplicity. The business is designed to run with only a few hours of management per week, making it an attractive proposition for passive investors, owner-operators, or buyers seeking reliable income without the staffing and operational complexity often associated with other business types.

The operation is underpinned by established systems and practical terms already in place, including automated payment arrangements, bond collection, and clear licence conditions for users. A monitored high tech security setup adds further strength to the offering, helping support customer confidence and ongoing occupancy.

Financially, the business has shown consistent performance across the past three years, with the latest figures recording net income of $114,000 for the year. This gives buyers a solid foundation of existing cashflow, while still leaving room for future upside through rental growth, more containers, or further refinement of the operation.

Offered for sale at $1,100,000 plus GST (if any) - All offers will be carefully considered.
