This large format high stud warehouse building is well positioned on Herekino Street, conveniently situated between the CBD and Okara bulk retail precinct.
The building stands on a 592 sqm site with a 20 metre frontage to Herekino Street. It has a secondary frontage to the council owned service lane and free car park (95 spaces) behind. The ground floor is currently configured to provide a small showroom, offices and amenities of approx 80 sqm, opening out into a clear span warehouse space totalling 512 sqm. The current tenant has occupied this space for two decades or so and is vacating the premises in early June 2026 in order to amalgamate with other activities into a nearby site. The building has a single roller door a the Herekino Street frontage and dual roller doors to the rear service lane.
This property falls within the Mixed Use Zone that was recently introduced into the Whangarei District Plan. The introduction of this zone provides new opportunities for land use/business activities in this part of the city. There are already signs that the neighbourhood is adapting to this change and it is reasonably expected this change will grow over time.
Business owners seeking large format space of this calibre are invited to call John on 027 280 8980 to explore options.
