The open-plan living/dining area has a lovely window seat that follows the sunsets, and also opens onto a north-facing deck. The lounge has a heatpump.

There is a separate bathroom (semi-ensuite), separate shower/laundry, and separate toilet upstairs, with another toilet with large vanity cupboard and mirror downstairs.

The master bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed, and you can choose from a double or single beds for the second bedroom downstairs.

All rooms (except for bathrooms!) have a panoramic view.

There is NO parking for trucks or other heavy vehicles.

Please note the current furnishings are different (better) than in the photos.

The property is two storeys on a steep slope, so this house is not suitable for young children.

Fibre internet on-charged at cost, if required. Water and electricity on-charged at cost. You will not need to set up any accounts in your name.

All prices include garden maintenance.

The latest end date will be approximately 15 October 2025 (somewhat flexible), but you are welcome to rent it for a shorter period between now and then.
