2 262B Masterton Stronvar Road, Te Ore Ore, Masterton

Step into a premium development opportunity where the hard work has already been done. This 74-hectare rural lifestyle subdivision offers a rare chance to secure a significantly de-risked project that is already well underway, saving you time, cost, and uncertainty.

Fully consented by the Masterton District Council in September 2024, the subdivision includes an approved two-stage development plan, completed civil engineering designs, and an accepted geotechnical report. With approximately one-third of the development already completed, you can hit the ground running from day one.

The project will deliver 14 spacious lifestyle lots ranging from 2.2 to 9.7 hectares, perfectly positioned to meet strong demand in the sought-after Wairarapa lifestyle market. Stage 1 comprises five lots that are ready to go, with Stage 2 to follow and deliver the remaining nine lots.

With consent secured through to September 2029 and key risks already mitigated, this is a standout opportunity for developers and investors seeking a streamlined project with compelling upside.
