A temporary 'home away from home' available in 2027 - you'll be walking distance from Victoria University and Wellington City. This is a classic NZ historic cottage in a cool little community with cafes and bars. You'll be a 15 minute walk to Cuba Street and enjoy:

*  a garden room studio, with queen bed 

* being on the sunny side of Aro Street 

* a separate shower as well as a bath to soak in 

* the ease of an off-street carpark for a medium sized car 

* living like a local in a well-maintained, warm and cozy historic cottage 

* getting your bond money reimbursed after leaving (this is a NZ process).

There's an additional cost of $100 a week for unlimited fast fibre Wifi plus utilities (power & water) so you don't need to arrange yourself.

This Chic Cottage has been a short-term 'guest favorite' and will be available for longer-term temporary digital nomads and professional remote workers in 2027.
