Napier character office or home

Overlook the iconic gardens of Clive Square from your front windows and porch, a park established in 1854 from when it hosted the first cricket and football games the early residents of Napier enjoyed.

A short walk through the square from all the Art Deco Napier CBD has to offer by day and by night and enjoy the weekly Farmers Market and summer twilight concerts and events.

A charming early 1900s villa converted into commercial use could be the home of your new business, your next investment, or converted back to a residential gem for your home or additional short or long stay accommodation income (subject to any necessary Council approvals).

A project awaits to create your permanent office or home, or a base to use during your visits to enjoy the Art Deco festival, the many Wine Country events, or the many famous concerts and festivals which fill the annual calendar.

The 170sqm (approximately) building offers space and original high ceilings, tall windows bringing in natural light, and a wide central hallway accessing multiple multi-purpose rooms, a kitchen/sitting area, and two existing separate toilets. The building sits proudly at the front of the site, with an inviting private rear yard offering a sunny space to use as you please.

Please note - 25 Clive Square is currently configured as an office with the possibility of converting back to a residential use (subject to necessary Council consents).

Motivation is high, as will be your interest in this exceptional opportunity.
