The lawns and small garden area’s are taken care of by our gardener and included in the rent amount.

As you walk into this home, it has a lovely feel, very homely.

The kitchen has been modernised with an island bench, dishwasher, and quality appliances, along with french-doors out to a large deck area.

Kitchen/dining and lounge room are open plan, and very light and spacious. Heated with a heat pump. Unfortunately the fire box is not usable.

The main bedroom has a lovely bay window and seat, quite a nice space to read and relax. Plenty of wardrobe and storage space.

Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are of a generous size.

Very good bathroom with modern shower.

The toilet is off the laundry room.
