Move your team into a space that has a soul. We’re currently offering beautifully refurbished character offices in the historic Textile Building, with flexible options ranging from 300m² to 500m²+.
Forget the sterile "glass box" vibe. These spaces are being stripped back to celebrate their industrial roots, featuring a blend of polished timber floors, high ceilings, and original exposed brick and beams. It’s the perfect backdrop for a brand that values both heritage and a modern, creative edge.
WHY THE TEXTILE BUILDING?
The look: high-spec refurbishments that highlight raw textures - think sandblasted brick and warm timber accents.
The lifestyle: a brand-new café is opening soon on the Faraday Street frontage, making your morning coffee run or casual client catch-up effortless.
The essentials: on-site parking is available, complemented by a range of local bars, gyms, and eateries right on your doorstep.
The energy: there’s a genuine buzz in this building; you’ll be in good company with a mix of high-calibre, forward-thinking tenants.
Whether you need a focused 300m² office or a larger presence of over 500m², we can configure a layout that works for your workflow.
